Day 1, Moscow:

  • Welcome to Moscow! Your local guide will be waiting for you in Arrival hall of Airport to greet you and to take you to the ship for boarding, “Check in” and welcome dinner on board.

Day 2, Moscow:

  • After breakfast you will have a whole day journey to the Russia and Russian capital past and present. You will see the main highlights of Moscow, you will visit New Maiden Monastery, the Red Square and the Kremlin.

Day 3, Moscow:

  • In the morning we will take you to the Tretyakov Art Gallery to see its priceless and timeless collection of masterpieces of Russian artist. Next we go down in the ground to explore famous Moscow Metro. You will have some free time on Russian Montmartre – Old Arbat street. After an exiting day we will bring you back to the ship.
  • This evening you leave Moscow and start cruising.

Day 4, Uglich:

  • In the morning you arrive in charming Uglich, one of the most picturesque towns of the Russia Golden Ring rout. It was founded in the 10th century. During the city tour you will visit five-domed Transfiguration Cathedral and the Church of St. Dmitry constructed in a honor of the Ivan the Terrible son, who was murdered here in Uglich. Later in the afternoon, enjoy some free time.
  • In the evening your ship departs for another gem of Russia: Yaroslavl

Day 5, Yaroslavl:

  • It is believed that the history of Yaroslavl' dates back to 1010. From the 13th century on the town became a prosperous trading hub and industrial center of the medieval Russia. During the city tour you will admire its historical center which is UNESCO World Heritage site. Later this day you will have an excursion to the Yaroslavl Art Museum, housed 18th- to 20th-century Russian paintings, icons, and sculptures.

Day 6, Goritsy:

  • This morning you arrive to the tiny town of Goritsy. After a short drive you will see Kirillo-Belozersky Monastery. Founded in 1397 it is one of the largest and best-preserved medieval monasteries in Russia. The local museum has on display an unique collection of Russian Orthodox icons.
  • In the evening we sail through the Volga-Baltic Waterway to Lake Onega, the second largest in Europe.

Day 7, Kizhi Island:

  • Admire the Church of the Transfiguration dates back to the 18th-century. Made from wood< decorated with 22 cupolas it is the architectural wonder and the finest examples of traditional Russian carpentry. The Church is the part of the open-air museum, a World Heritage site. Apart church you will peasant houses and a windmill.

Day 8, Mandrogi:

  • Surrounded by forests Mandrogi is a rustic village that has thoroughly recreated the country life of Russia in the 19 century. You will find here lots of workshops to see local artists at work. Don’t miss the visit to the local Vodka Museum and an authentic shashlik picnic.

Day 9, St. Petersburg:

  • Your cruise is ending in splendid St. Petersburg.
  • In the morning you will have a city tour. Founded by Tsar Peter I (the Great) as Russia’s “Window on Europe,” it bears the unofficial status of Russia’s cultural capital and most European city in Russia. During the tour you will see Peter and Paul fortress.
  • In the afternoon there is an excursion to the State Hermitage Museum which is housing the best world Art collection.

Day 10, St. Peteraburg:

  • After breakfast we will drive 30 km to the most fascinating of Russian Tsar Estates – Tsarskoye Selo (Tsar Village). You will visit splendid Catherine's Palace and the Amber Room that is considered to be the 8th wonder of the world.
  • In the afternoon you will see one more Romanov’s summer residence: Peterhof. We will take a stroll in the splendid park with more than 150 fountains, 4 big cascades, beautiful palaces, blooming flowers and friendly squirrels.

Day 11, St. Petersburg:

  • In the morning you will visit the largest and the richest cathedral of St. Petersburg, St. Isaac’s Cathedral and the real gem of Northen Capital Church of the Savior on the Spilled Blood. Later in the afternoon you will have another cruise on the canals and rivers of St. Petersburg. The short, but full-flowing Neva River, that stretch to the Baltic coast, the bridges, the small rivers and canals of the city have earned St. Petersburg the nickname “North Venice”.

Day 12, St.Petersburg:

  • This is your last day of your Russia journey. You disembark from the ship and Fremad Russia will transfer you to the airport/railway station.
