Irkutsk — the soul of Siberia. This city, often called the “Paris of Siberia”, has grown from a remote trading post into a vibrant cultural center that blends Russian traditions with Siberian spirit. Its rich history, unique architecture, and warm hospitality make it not just a stop on the way to Lake Baikal, but a destination full of character and charm.

Lake Baikal (ice-covered in winter)

Lake Baikal — a natural wonder of Russia. Over 25 million years old, this UNESCO World Heritage site is the oldest and deepest lake on the planet. With its transparent waters, unique species, and magical ice landscapes, Baikal offers travelers an unforgettable experience in the very heart of Siberia.

Olkhon Island

Olkhon Island — Siberia’s hidden treasure. The largest island of Lake Baikal offers a world found nowhere else: over 300 days of sunshine a year, landscapes that shift from wild steppes to marble cliffs and golden dunes, and sacred shaman sites still alive with ancient rituals. Mystical legends, untouched nature, and the feeling of standing at the spiritual center of Baikal make Olkhon an experience reserved for true explorers.

Shaman Poles

Shaman Poles on Olkhon Island, Lake Baikal. These colorful pillars wrapped in ribbons are sacred to local shamans and Buddhists. Visitors come here to make wishes, leave offerings to the spirits, and feel the mystical energy of Olkhon — the spiritual heart of Lake Baikal.

Kazan Kremlin

Kazan Kremlin — where East meets West. Perched atop a hill at the meeting of the Volga and Kazanka rivers, this centuries-old fortress blends Islamic and Russian architecture within its white stone walls — including mosques, churches, towers, and palaces. Built on the ruins of a Tatar khan's citadel and redesigned by Ivan the Terrible in the 1550s, it’s now a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a living symbol of cultural harmony.

Kazan “Chasha”

Kazan “Chasha” — the city’s modern landmark. Built in the shape of a giant Tatar cauldron, this wedding palace symbolizes love, family, and Kazan’s traditions. At 32 meters high, with dragon sculptures guarding its base, it offers one of the best viewing platforms in the city with stunning panoramas of the Kremlin and the river.

Bolgar

Bolgar — a treasure of Tatarstan. This historic town is more than 1,000 years old. Walking here feels like stepping into another time, where ancient civilizations left their mark in stone and spirit. Recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site, Bolgar is a place where East and West once met along the Volga trade routes. Its mosques, mausoleums, and museums bring the past to life for every visitor.

RED SQUARE

Red Square has been the heart of Russia for centuries — a place where history lives and breathes. From the colorful domes of 16th-century St. Basil’s Cathedral to the stark lines of Lenin’s Mausoleum, every corner of the square tells a story. It’s one of the most iconic places in the world and a powerful symbol of Russia’s rich and complex past.

Arbat Street Walking Tour

Arbat is Moscow’s most iconic street — often called “our Montmartre” by locals. With over 520 years of history, it’s long been a hub for artists, writers, and poets, shaping its bohemian spirit. Today, Arbat is a lively promenade filled with charming cafés, street performers, and souvenir stalls. A stroll here offers a perfect mix of culture, creativity, and atmosphere.
